Important Arrival Instructions:
Welcome! Thank you for choosing Bear Mountain Log Cabins for your vacation or weekend getaway.
Here’s what you need to know:
On the morning of arrival we will text you a welcome message with arrival information including door code.
Check In: 4pm
Check Out: 10am
There is a electronic door lock

Note: If the keypad does not work correctly we do have a backup lockbox with key, call property number for assistance.(Please return the key to the key box upon departure.)

Directions to your individual Cabin:
This is a non-smoking property. Smoking is only allowed outside. Failure to adhere to this restriction will result in a charge of $200.
no parties at all, if you receive a noise complaint you may be asked to leave without a refund.
If your unit has a hottub, no children in hottubs under 14 (or unattended if above 14)no exceptins. Please rinse off before you get in the hottub. ABSOLUTELY NO SOAPS OR OILS, IF YOU USE SOMETHING THAT CREATES FOAM OR HEAVILY SOILS THE HOTTUB THERE WILL BE A $200 CLEANING FEE APPLIED TO YOUR CARD.
• Please hang all used washcloths, hand towels and bath towels over the side of the sink, bathtub or over the shower door.
• Please wash all dishes and return them to the cabinets. We don’t mind if a glass or two is left in the sink, but we do charge extra to clean excessive dishes, per the Terms and conditions.
• Return all furniture, inside and outside, to the original position (if moved).
• Please bag all trash and leave in room. Housekeepers will remove.
•Please leave us a list of anything that is in need of maintenance – loose handles, drain problems, lights not working, etc.
• Please turn the heating/cooling to 70 in winter and 74 in summer
• Please close and lock all windows and doors
• Please return the key to the keybox if used.
Please do a final walk through and look for any items you may have left behind (Jewelry, Jackets, Tablets/Mobile devices, Chargers, etc.) If we find your lost items, we can ship them to you, although it’s difficult for us to process lost items quickly during busy months. Note, we are not responsible for items left behind. There will be a $50 handling fee applied in addition to shipping cost for left behind items that are requested to be shipped.
