Here’ some answers to common questions.
- When is check in and check out? Check in: 4pm Check out: 10am ; if you request an early check in we will not know until morning of arrival depending on how cleaning goes, so please make the request arrival morning and we will update.
- Are Pets allowed? Yes 1 dog, 50lbs or less, $50 dog fee per dog, 2nd dog will need to be approved (no other pet types allowed). Must be on a leash, waste picked up and not left alone in cabins unless crated.
- Fireplaces/Wood Stove use: If you are not familiar with building a fire please do not use (we will charge a smoke damage fee if the cabin is smoked up, this can ruin your stay and the next persons, if you set off smoke detector there is a chance it will continue to beep and ruin your stay)
- Do you supply firewood for fireplaces and stove? Yes one bundle and we do not sell extra. (we do not supply firewood June-August)
- Is smoking allowed? Not in cabins or screened porches
- Are there grills? Yes, charcoal at all but Chalet and Manor (Gas), you will need to provide your own charcoal.
- 50% payment is due at booking if greater than 30 days, at 30 days or less 100% is due.
- What is the Cancellation policy? Greater than 30 days 100% refund, less than 30 days but greater than 15 days 50% refund, less than 15 days no refund. We will try to rebook it and if we can we will refund the difference.
- Do all Units have full Kitchens? All but the Luxury Cabin, (microwave, mini fridge)
- Is there a fire pit? There is a public fire pit behind the Luxury and Cozy. The Presidential is the only unit with it’s own firepit
