F.A.Q.

We would ask guests to respect the fact that all our cabins are no-smoking rooms. We reserve the right to charge an exceptional flat-rate cleaning fee of $200 if there is smoking in the room.

This cabin is for 2 adults and has a fold out couch for up to 2 children (additional charge per child)

We are glad to welcome your four-legged friend to Bear Mountain. The charge is a $50 pet fee per dog, and if it’ more than one dog needs pre approval. Terms and conditions apply.

We provide one bundle of wood.  We do not sell additional wood.  You are welcome to bring more. Please do not dump ashes near cabins.

Each unit has drip style coffee makers. We are proud to stock our own fresh roasted coffee from Bear Mountain Coffee Co.  www.bearmountaincoffeeco.com

The Cozy is situated on 6 acres with 4 other cabins, there is plenty of wooded space to walk and Lake Leatherwood is just down the road with hiking and mountain biking trails (approximately .6 miles to the trails and it’s possible to ride out). This cabin has a flat driveway with room to park a trailer.

The Cozy has a weber style grill, charcoal is not provided.
